  • 1/2 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
  • 1/2 cup Wheat Flakes (Cereal)
  • 3 tablespoon Pine nuts
  • 3 tablespoons Pumpkin seeds
  • 3 tablespoon Dates , (dried ones) finely chopped
  • 3 tablespoon Dried raspberries
  • 3 tablespoons Sultana Raisins , (sultana)
  • 3 tablespoon Whole Almonds (Badam)
  • 3 tablespoon Walnuts
  • 1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon Powder (Dalchini)
  • 1/2 teaspoon Nutmeg powder
  • Wet Ingredients
  • 1/2 tablespoon Vanilla Extract
  • 1/2 teaspoon Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Honey

How to make Homemade Granola Mix Recipe with Oats & Wheat Flakes

  1. To begin making the Homemade Granola Mix Recipe with Oats & Wheat Flakes, heat a wok or a heavy bottomed pan over medium heat and gently roast the oats until they turn crisp and lightly golden.

  2. Once roasted, remove from the pan and keep aside. 

  3. Heat the vegetable oil in the same pan over medium heat.  Add all the nuts and seeds and roast them for about 5 minutes.

  4. Once the nuts and seeds are roasted, add the dried dates, raspberries and sultanas along with the honey and vanilla essence. Roast for another couple of minutes. 

  5. Finally add in the tossed oats, wheat flakes, cinnamon and nutmeg powder

  6. Using a spatula mix everything thoroughly
