Spinach Rice is a healthy rice recipe where cooked rice is mixed with sauteed spinach and everyday spices. To make it more flavorfull and delicious, we have added sambar powder and cardamom powder. This gives it an extra taste. If you prefer any other spice powder, you can add that too to make this Pulao recipe.
Along with Spinach Rice, we have served Curd, which is good to consume in Summers.
