  • 2 cups Instant Oats (Oatmeal) , instant
  • 3/4 cup Dessicated Coconut
  • 3 tablespoons Flax seed powder (flax meal)
  • 2 tablespoons Condensed Milk

How to make No Bake Oats Energy Bites Recipe

  1. To start with the No Bake Oats Energy Bites Recipe, place the oats into a medium sized pan on medium heat. Roast the oats until it starts to turn lightly brown, ensuring that they do not darken too much. When you see that it is lightly browned, turn off the heat transfer to another bowl and allow the oats to cool down. 

  2. Once cooled, add in the dessicated coconut, flax meal and the condensed milk and stir to combine well. Make sure that the consistency of the mixture should not be too thin or too thick, and this can be adjusted by the condensed milk. The resulting mixture should be such that it can be shaped into a ball.

  3. Grease your hands with a little butter. Divide and shape the mixture into small bite size balls. Finally, refrigerate them for until firm. 

  4. These little No Bake Oats Energy Bites can be had immediately or can even be stored in a tight container and refrigerated for future use.
