The Oats Besan Cheela recipe is a very traditional snack of northern India. The cheela is made from gram flour and spiced up with green chillies. In this recipe I have added additional healthy diabetic friendly ingredients like oats, making the chilla fiber rich, nutritious and gluten free.

Serve the Oats Besan Cheela along with a Sweet And Spicy Tomato Chutney and a Dhaniya Pudina Chutney for breakfast, a tea time snack or even weeknight dinner.
