Here, in this Lunch Box we have packed a Iron Rich Keerai Sambar which is made in almost all the South Indian households. To make this sambar, you can use any Greens such as Amaranth Leaves, Spinach Leaves, Fenugreek Leaves etc. Along with this Sambar, pack Steamed Rice with a dollop of Ghee. You can also pack Elai Vadam, a South Indian Papad with this meal to add that extra crunch.
For Evening Snacks:
Here, we have packed Nutri Choice Digestive Zero Biscuits has zero added sugar, zero maida and is high on Fibre making it a very convenient snack along with some green tea or on its own. It is not only healthy but tasty also and pairs really well with your evening Masala Chai or Adrak Chai.
