  • 1 cup Whole Wheat Flour
  • 1 cup Bajra Flour ( Pearl Millet)
  • 2 teaspoons Baking powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 2 Whole Eggs , well beaten or 2 flax eggs (recipe of Flax Eggs)
  • 2 cups Milk , cold
  • 2 tablespoons Oil
  • Honey , for serving
  • Ripe Bananas , sliced or other fresh fruits
  • Nutella Spread , and walnuts for serving

How to make Pearl Millet Pancake With Walnuts & Nutella (Bajra Millet)

  1. To begin making the Pearl Millet Pancakes, stir together wheat flour, millet flour, baking powder and salt.

  2. Add eggs or Flax Eggs, milk, and oil and whisk until well blended.

  3. Heat skillet to medium heat. Pour a ladle full of the pearl millet pancake mixture on the skillet. Do not spread the mixture on the skillet, once pour it on a hot skillet it creates on its own a boundary point .

  4. Cook until bubbles form and edges start to fry. Flip over and cook until lightly browned.
