- 1/2 cup Whole Wheat Flour
- 1/2 cup All Purpose Flour (Maida)
- 1/2 cup Instant Oats (Oatmeal)
- 1/4 cup Curd (Dahi / Yogurt)
- 2 Whole Eggs
- 1 teaspoon Baking powder
- 2 teaspoons Orange Zest (Rind) , powdered
- 1/4 cup Fresh orange juice
- 1 pinch Salt
- Oil , to drizzle
How to make Oatmeal Pancake Recipe With Orange
To begin making the Oatmeal Pancake Recipe with Orange, combine all the ingredients except the oil in a large mixing bowl. Whisk well until fluffy and well combined. The consistency of the pancake batter has to be of thick pouring consistency.
Heat a 8 inch pan over medium heat and melt 1/2 tablespoon butter or 1/2 tablespoon oil in the pan.
When the butter is hot but not smoking, lower the heat to medium-low and drop one heaping soup spoon of batter into the pan.
