- 1 cup Broken Wheat (Dalia/ Godumai Rava)
- 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
- Salt , to taste
- 4 tablespoons Cranberries , cut into half
- 1 teaspoon Whole Black Pepper Corns , crushed
- 4 tablespoons Pistachios , cut into half
- 1 tablespoon Lemon juice
- 2 sprig Mint Leaves (Pudina) , roughly torn
How to make Pistachio & Cranberry Broken Wheat Pilaf Recipe
To begin making the Pistachio & Cranberry Broken Wheat Pulao Recipe, heat a pressure cooker with olive oil on medium heat.
Once the oil is hot add the broken wheat and roast for about 3-4 minutes, stirring continuously.
To this, add the salt, pepper, mint leaves, cranberry and pistachios.
Mix well and pressure cook for two whistles. Turn off the flame and allow the pressure to release naturally.
