Here's a new and delicious Portion Control Meal Plate which has some of the best and nutritious recipes such as Methi Kadhi Pakora, Dhaba Style Green Moong Dal Makhani, Aloo Gobhi Sabzi, Satvik Carrot Sprout Salad along with Curd and Phulka.
Firstly, we have a Methi Kadhi Pakora, where Methi Crispy Pakoras are dipped in a delicious Kadhi base which is made of yogurt and besan. In this, we have not fried the methi pakoras, instead we have made in in paniyaram pan which uses very less oil, making it healthy. This Kadhi is Served with Dhaba Style Green Moong Dal which has all the flavours of a typical North Indian road side Dhaba and is also rich in proteins.
To complete the meal we have Aloo Gobhi Sabzi, which is a simple stir fry where Cauliflower and Potatoes are sauteed with basic spices, making it apt for Lunch Box along with Tawa Paratha. We also have some Curd, Salad and Phulka that completes this meal. If you prefer eating rice, you can skip the Phulka and serve one bowl of Steamed Rice with this meal.
