Sago Khichdi is one of the tastiest recipes which is made especially during the fasting days. It is mostly preferred on Navratri fasting days or on Shivratri. But you can enjoy this savoury on any day in breakfast or as a snack as well. Soaked sago pearls or tapioca is sauteed with bite-sized potatoes and peanuts to prepare the dish. To this white pearl beauty, we have added a few red pearls (pomegranate kernels) and it definitely took the dish to another level.

Serve Sago Khichdi on its own or with any raita of your choice.
