  • 1 tablespoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 2 teaspoons Active dry yeast
  • 1 teaspoon Sugar
  • 1/2 teaspoon Salt
  • 1/4 cup Lukewarm Water

  • 1 Green zucchini , thinly sliced
  • 1 Onion , sliced
  • 1/4 cup Mozzarella cheese , grated
  • 1/4 cup Tomato Basil Pasta Sauce
