Ever thought of making innovative or new combinations of meals for lunch? All the time right? So here we have created a dish pairing that has concepts of South Indian Cooking and made a creative lunch menu for you all.
Milagu also known as Black Pepper is ground along with some cumin seeds/jeera and a very commonly used green leaf in south Indian cuisine - curry leaves. This aromatic powder is mixed along with some roasted peanuts and some cooked rice. Sounds delicious right? We have paired this up with a Kerala inspired curry or side dish prepared with a coconut milk base and our classic vegetables of Potatoes and Peas. Yum!
Do you just love it or what? - The spice hit form the MIlagu Jeera sadam is balanced out with the sweetish coconutty taste of the Potato Kurma. Makes a perfect meal along with a side of Carrot Salad and finished off with a cup of curd (dahi).
