  • 250 grams Sweet Potatoes , boiled
  • 10 Cherry tomatoes , halved (or 2 large tomatoes, diced)
  • 15 Green beans (French Beans) , steamed and halved
  • 1 Red onion , finely chopped
  • 1 Green Chilli , finely chopped
  • 1 teaspoon Extra Virgin Olive Oil
  • 1 tablespoon Lemon juice , freshly squeezed
  • Salt and Pepper , to taste
