Here's our wholesome Weekly meal plan for this week which includes mouthwatering recipes like Beans On Toast, Pyaz Ka Paratha, Aamras, Tomato Pulav, Khamang Kakdi, Anda Bhurji, Matar Poha, Rabodi Shimla Mirch Ki Sabzi, Lauki Ke Kofte, Punjabi Bhindi Kadhi and much more.
Along with these delicious recipe, we have a special Saturday Special Dinner which is a delicious Continental meal. This meal includes Veggie Chop Burger, Peri Peri Roasted Potato Wedges, Spinach Fig And Cheery Tomato Salad with red wine vinaigrette. It is a mouth watering meal which will surely satisfy your taste buds. To end this meal, we have a simple and quick Microwave Chocolate Pudding which you can make for your brunch too.
For Sunday Dinner, we have a Chicken dish which is called as Chicken Tariwala and it is served with Lachha Paratha, Steamed Rice and Pudina Pyaaz Kachumber Salad. For vegetarians, we have a Hariyali Gobi, which tastes great with flaky Lachha Paratha.

- You can peel the garlic cloves and store it in a air tight container in the fridge, so that you can use it any time you want. You can also make garlic and onion paste and store for a week.
- Soak dals and legumes before hand so that it takes less time to pressure cook them.
- Try and include Curd, Raitas or Salads in your everyday meals as it helps you to get that extra nutrition you require for your body.
- Plan your week before hand and shop the groceries on weekend.
