We are back with our new Weekly Meal Plan that has some easy to make and everyday recipes for your meal. This Weekly Meal Plan has recipes such as Indori Poha, Dal Kabila, Paneer Biryani, Punjabi Aloo Paratha, Carrot And Peas Sandwich, Chicken Donne Biryani, Paneer Gassi, Saoji Methi Pulao, Pasta In Spinach Basil Sauce, Methi Dana Sabzi, Palak Makhana, Mixed Vegetable Sambar, Ghee Roast Dosa, Tofu Bhurji, Dhaba Style Dal Palak, Potato Onion Cheela, Aamras, Peanut Cucumber Salad and much more.
For this Saturday Dinner, we decided to make a dinner which is loved by everyone from kids to adults, that is BURGER. It has recipes such as Roasted Vegetable Burger With Hummus, Mexican Chicken Burger Recipe With Sour Cream And Salsa, Peri Peri Roasted Wedges and a Summer Salad. For dessert, we have Eggless Mango Cheesecake which is just mouth watering and we assure you it will surely satisfy your taste buds.
Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:
- Peel some Garlic Pods and store in a glass container in the fridge for a week, so that you can use it whenever you want.
- Planning a week's meal helps you to shop for the ingredients during weekends, so that you don't miss an ingredient while cooking during the weekday.
- Make your chutneys beforehand and store it in the fridge for 3 to 4 days. You can also make fresh instant pickles every week to serve with your meals.
- Include Protein in your diet such as Dals, Legumes, Paneer, Chicken, Fish etc in your diet, as it keeps you filled for a longer time and also helps you to maintain your weight and keep you healthy.
