We are back with another Weekly Meal Plan, which is filled with some delicious recipes such as Mysore Masala Dosa With Ragi Dosa, Paneer And Green Peas Paratha, Veg Mushlai Paratha, Sukhe Methi Chole, Aloo Rasawala Sabzi, Chicken Donne Biryani, Mixed Vegetable Idli Upma, Mushroom Corn Masala Dosa, Cucumber Green Chilli Raita, Sprouted Moong Dhokla, Bhune Pyaaz Ka Gosht and much more.
We also have a special Satuday Dinner meal planned just for you which you can also make for your weekend Brunch. This week it is an Italian meal which includes Pesto Pizza With Mushroom and Bell Pepper, Aglio E Olio Pasta With Cauliflower, Peppers and Cashew Nuts, Mozarella Garlic Bread and Vanilla Choco Mousse With Chocolate Chips.
Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:
- Plan your meal, and shop of your whole week and while shopping make sure you have an ingredient list.
- Try and include Salads and Raitas in your everyday meals for extra nutrition.
- Make Garlic Ginger Paste and store it in an air tight container for 2 weeks, so that you can use it whenever you want.

Breakfast - Upma and Coffee
