We are back with our new Weekly Meal Plan includes some delicious and easy to make recipes such as Indori Poha, Kabuli Chana Kofta Biryani, Boondi Raita, Dill Leaves Toor Dal, Broccoli Paratha, Mysore Chutney, Achari Paneer Masala, Cold Coffee, Bihari Style Kadhi Bari, Chicken Keema Biryani, One Pot Sambar Rice, Sindhi Dal Pakwan, Hariyali Gobi, Shahi Dal, Paneer Butter Masala, Tomato Onion Tadka Raita and much more.
We have also planned a special Continental Meal for you Saturday Dinner which has recipes like Chicken Mushroom and Broccoli Au Gratin, Cream Of Pumpkin Soup and Garlic Bread. Serve a Eggless Rich Chocolate Brownie at the end to complete the meal.
Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:
- For Idlis and Dosas, you can make the batter beforehand and keep in the fridge for 4 to 5 days.
- One Pot Meals are best when you have less time to cook like One Pot Sambar Rice, which we have included in this meal.
- Try and include Raita and Salads in your meals, to make it more nutritious and filling.
- Eat in small portions and make sure you have different food on your plate, it helps you to maintain your weight and keeps you healthy.

Breakfast - Poha and Chai
If you are bored of your regular Poha Recipe, then you can also try this Indori Poha which has a different taste due to a unique masala used. Serve it along with Masala Chai.
Lunch - Dal, Sabzi and Phulka
Add some goodness of Iron in your Dal and make this delicious Dill Leaves Toor Dal. Serve it along with Carrot Capsicum Sabzi and Phulka.
Dinner - Stuffed Paratha and Raita
Broccoli is one of those vegetables which is very nutritious and it is good to include in your everyday meal. Therefore we have made this Broccoli Paratha and is served along with Tomato Onion Cucumber Raita and Green Chilli Pickle.
Breakfast - Uttapam and Chutney
Filled with the goodness of vegetables, do give this Vegetable Uttapam a try and serve it along with Mysore Chutney and Filter Coffee.
Lunch - Curry, Raita and Paratha
Love pickles, then you must try this Achari Paneer Masala for your everyday meals. Serve it along with Dill Cucumber Raita and Tawa Paratha.
