Our new Weekly Meal Plan is here again with some new and delicious recipes, that can be made with day to day ingredients. This weekly plan includes recipes such as Aloo Poha, Veg Makhanwala, Sarson Ka Saag, Makki Ki Roti, Bread Upma, Gobi Ka Paratha, Coriander Tadka Raita, Gulab Jamun With Khoya, Filter Coffee, Tomato Onion Masala Sandwich, Lahsuni Palak Dal, Khatti Meethi Mooli Ki Sabzi, Kashmiri Rajma, Jeera Rice, Mirch Aur Aloo Ki Curry, Foxtail Millet Idli, Cold Coffee, Khamang Kakdi and much more.
We also have a special Saturday Dinner Menu which has some delicious Mexican Recipes like Chicken Chilli Cheese Quesadillas, Bean Spinach and Corn Quesadillas, Mexican Inspired Vegetarian Oven Roasted Stuffed Bell Peppers and Mexican Brown Rice and Quinoa Casserole. End the meal with a delicious note with this mouth watering Tiramisu Gingerbread Cupcake.
Some tips you can follow for this Week's Meal Plan:
- Make chutneys beforehand and store them in fridge for 2-3 days.
- Shop your groceries for a week and store it, but make sure you buy greens fresh as they taste better.
- For Dosa and Idli, you can make the batter and store in fridge for 3 to 4 days.

Breakfast - Bread Upma and Chai
If you have leftover Bread, then this is the best option to make. Takes 15 minutes and super easy, you can have something different for your breakfast.
Lunch - Dal, Sabzi and Phulka
Palak Dal is a very healthy Dal which has a lots of Iron and Protein. You can serve it along with Khatti Meethi Mooli Ki Sabzi, Phulka and Steamed Beetroot.
Dinner - Curry, Raita and Paratha
Filled with the goodness of vegetables, do give this Veg Makhanwala a try. Serve it along with Tomato Onion Cucumber Raita and Lachha Paratha.
Breakfast - Paniyaram, Chutney and Coffee
This is a delicious dish that you can make with the leftover Idli Dosa batter. Crisp on the outside and soft inside, serve these paniyarams along with Tomato Garlic chutney and Filter Coffee.
Lunch - Curry, Raita and Paratha
Mirchi and Aloo, a delicious combination in a curry which is super simple to make. Serve it along with Dill Cucumber Raita and Tawa Paratha.
Dinner - Pulav and Raita
Full of protein, this Pulav can be served for your weeknight dinner as it is easy to make and is filling too. Serve it along with a Boondi raita and a roasted Papad.
Breakfast - Sandwich and Juice
Simple and tasty, stuff your sandwich with this oh so yummy and spicy tomato onion masala. We are sure you will make it again and again. Serve it along with Carrot Pineapple Orange Juice for the extra nutrition.
Lunch - Dal, Sabzi, Phulka and Salad
A creamy Gujarati dal which will surely satisfy your taste buds. Serve it along with Arbi Shimla Mirch Ki Sabzi, Phulka and Khamang Kakdi, which is a delicious Yogurt based Maharashtrian salad.

Gobi Ka Paratha, a delicious Paratha which is made in every Punjabi household for breakfast or dinner. Serve it with a Tadka Raita.

Add some potatoes to your Poha for that extra crunch and serve it along with Fruits of your choice and Adrak Chai.
