Here is yet another Weekly Meal Plan, which is filled with some delicious and easy to make recipes such as Palak Dhania Dosa, Lehsuni Moong Dal Tadka, Onion Raita, Paneer Stuffed Ragi Paratha, Aloo Poha, Baby Corn Butter Masala, Ragi Wheat Phulka, Homemade Soft Idli, Whole Wheat Vegetable Chila, Gujarati Dal, Pumpkin Thoran, Dahi Wale Aloo and much more.
We also have a special Satuday Dinner meal planner just for you which you can make for your friends and familt. This week it is an Asian meal which includes Crispy Vegetable Tempura, Thai Raw Papaya Salad and Soto Ayam. To end the meal on a delicious note, we have a delicious Vietnamese dessert which is called Veitnamese Pitaya & Calamansi Sorbet which is made of Dragon fruit and small lime.
Some tips you can follow for this weeks meal plan:
- Soak the Dal and Rice for a few hours before making it, so that it takes less time to cook.
- Try and include Raita, Curd and Salad with your everyday meals for extra nutrition which is very important for your body.
- You can use leftover Idli and Rice to make many recipes. Also If you have leftover sabzis, make biryani or stuffed paratha using them.
- Shop your whole wheek grocerries, so that it becomes easy to cook your planned meals for the week.

Breakfast - Dosa, Chutney & Coffee
Flavour your regular dosa with coriander and spinach and make this delicious Palak Dhania Dosa. Serve it with chutney and filter coffee.
Lunch - Dal, Sabzi and Phulka
The Tadka in this dal enhances the taste and flavour of a simple Moong dal. Serve it with Bharwa Besan Mirch and Phulka. Also we have served Onion Raita, which makes this meal even more delicious.
Dinner - Stuffed Paratha
A high protein and extremely nutritious Paneer paratha which you can make for your weekday dinner. Serve it with Tadka Raita and Green Chilli Pickle.
Breakfast - Poha and Chai
Add Potatoes in your Poha to make it even more delicious and it also adds a crunch in the Poha. Serve it with a hot cup of Masala Tea.
Lunch - Curry, Raita and Phulka
If you love Paneer Butter Masala, you will love this one too which has baby corns. Serve it with Tomato Onion Cucumber Raita and Phulka.
Dinner - Pulav, Raita and Papad
Perfect for your lazy everyday meals, this Chettinad Pulav is perfect. Serve it with Carrot Raita and a roasted Papad.
Breakfast - Sandwich and Coffee
We all have tried Aloo sandwich but have you ever tried carrot peas sandwich. If not, do give this one a try and we are sure you will make it again and again. Serve it with Cold Coffee.

Light on stomach and easy to make, this Idli Sambar Chutney combination is perfect for a weekday dinner.

Healthy and filled with the goodness of vegetables, serve this Whole Wheat Vegetable Chilla along with Green chutney and juice.
Lunch - South Indian Meal
Simple, comforting and even more delicious, try this South Indian meal of Sambar, Thoran and Steamed Rice. To complete the meal serve Elai Vadam, a South Indian papad and chaas with it.
